Maddison is an innovative leader within the fashion industry. Being the Ambassador of Canada for ELLE Education, Maddison is playing a role on how fashion education is shared, delivered, and welcomed. Maddison obtained her degree in psychology and sociology at Western University and also a Diploma in Communications for Fashion & Luxury Brands from the University of Madrid in collaboration with ELLE Education. Now Maddison is growing her education and consulting firm for fashion models called Maddison & Company. Maddison has developed strategies to help change a model's trajectory, break through career barriers, and improve their overall industry performance. She mentors models from all avenues all over the world. On top of that, Maddison is still an active model within the industry working with local, National and International brands. Maddison is trailblazing a new path in the fashion industry for models to create everlasting change.
